This page explains what Pragavo collects when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site: pages and sections viewed, buttons clicked, scroll depth, and session recordings in which form inputs are masked. PostHog stores a random visitor ID in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage for up to a year, so we can tell when someone comes back. It is not used to track you on other websites.
- Forms you send. When you ask us to call you back, we keep what you enter (such as clinic name, address, WhatsApp number and team size) to contact you. Your clinic’s name is also attached to your visits in our analytics, so we know what you read before we call. Phone numbers and addresses are not.
- Booking details. When you book a call, the details you enter (such as name, email and notes) are processed by our scheduling provider, Cal.com, so we can hold the meeting.
- Emails you send us. If you write to hello@pragavo.com, we keep that correspondence to reply and follow up.
How we use it
To run and improve this website, to arrange and prepare for calls you book, and to reply to you. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@pragavo.com. Clearing this site’s cookies resets your visitor ID, and browser tools that block analytics scripts stop usage analytics on this site.
